Refund policy

If you’re not delighted with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund of the purchase price. We can only accept original unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed items.

Send us an email at: maker@makerythirteen.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll contact you within instructions for next steps. 

If you received damaged or defective items, we’ll send you a replacement at no charge to you or we’ll issue a refund. Again, just send us an email and we’ll make it right.
